The Knight of Gates

Captured and caged by the first Exarch, Avitus, Trist and Acrasia must find a way not only to escape, but then to the ruined city of Vellatesia, where the Gate of Horn through which Faerie, Daemon and Angelus alike came to Narvonne awaits.

In the meanwhile, Ismet ibnah Salah rides toward a confrontation with Valeria, Exarch of the Plague Dancer, in the Caliphate; while Clairsant, along with Trist's friends, sails north to Raetia, where the faerie queen of winter awaits...
